Hero in Tigre, Argentina
Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 11:06AM I was reading the Buenos Aires Herald this morning and found this cool video. An unidentified man risks his life in Tigre, Argentina to come to the aid of a van caught on a railroad as a train full of passengers approaches.

xuxa Who is Ricardo Fort?

Speaking of Random... who is this guy? It seems like every time I turn on the television or go by a news stand I see Ricardo Fort. This Johnny Bravo look-a-like is the Argentine version of a Jersey Shore d-bag complete with sweet barbwire tattoos and a blowout hair-do.
After a little research (and seeing way to many creepy pictures) it turns out he comes from a very wealthy family (Chocolate Makers) and has pretty much been a fame whore. He sings, dances, models, dates famous women and does the reality tv thing. All this makes him a staple in tabloids and tv programs. From one source, I read that he has also had over 27 cosmetic surgeries. Nice work buddy.
What else am I missing???
Here's a little homage of Ricardo Fort someone put together on the Tube...
Let's all poke Ricardo Fort on Facebook.

Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 11:11PM We rode the bus with this affectionate couple on our way to the Velez vs. River Plate match. Although we were quite entertained by their displays of affection, this Pau Gasal look-a-like sitting next to them was definitely not. Hater.

Fry Me A River
Sunday, November 22, 2009 at 01:18PM This is the "salad bar" at Cotto, a local grocery store here in Buenos Aires. Fried chicken, cheese, fish and a variety of meat. Just at the corner of this picture you can see another table full of empanadas. They'll even fry your hand if you ask nicely..
