Last month my Argentine friend Rocio and I decided to escape the city and head up north to get a taste of life in Argentina’s northern provinces of Salta and Jujuy.
To be honest, before I made the trip to Salta & Jujuy I felt like there had been something missing from this adventure, like I wasn’t experiencing everything Argentina had to offer. I have seen some amazing places within the last year but I don’t think anything could beat the time I spent in Northern Argentina.
